• Aimlink.ai ApS provides three apps: Club, Target, and Go.

• All data in transit is encrypted.

• Data is stored, and processed in the EU.

• Your personal and other data can be used according to laws, regulations, and data controller, and data processor policies.

• In order to process statistics and other information across users, clubs, countries, and so forth, the data processor handles all existing data in an anonymized form.

• Your data is only saved as long as necessary and in accordance with the obligation to comply with other rules and regulations.

• You have insight into the data saved on your account.

• Legal grounds for the data controllers lawful processing of your data:

  • Contractual necessity

  • Legal obligations

  • Legitimate interests

• For strictly marketing purposes the data controller needs your consent, which you are entitled to withdraw at any time.

• Your data is only viewed and handled by authorized personnel in order to process the products or services you are using.

• Data processor is Aimlink.ai ApS for Club, Target, and Go.

• Data controller is the club you are a member of for the Club and Target app.

• Data controller for the Go app is Aimlink.ai

  • In the Go app we only collect and handle personal data.

    • Address

    • Email

    • Phone No.

    • Birth date

    • Weapons (optional)

    • Ammunition (optional)

    • Shooting log (optional)

    • Club membership (optional connection to a club using our Club app)

  • We do not collect or otherwise handle special data.​

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless initiated by you (e.g. signing up to a club, or connecting to a target, which will share your data with the club in question).

• Aimlink.ai sub-processors are: Amazon AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt).
